Who is this program for?

Adults 18 and older who want medical support with weight loss. GLP-1 treatment is generally considered for people with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or prediabetes. A licensed clinician makes the final decision.

What treatment options are available?

We offer a GLP-1 program and a dual GLP-1/GIP program. Both are weekly injections that help regulate appetite and blood sugar. You choose your program at checkout, and a licensed clinician reviews whether that medication is safe and appropriate for you. Your choice can't be changed during the visit, so if you're unsure, feel free to call us before enrolling.

Is the medication included in the price?

Yes. Your program price covers your clinician visit, your medication if prescribed, and shipping. There are no separate pharmacy bills and no surprise charges when your dose changes.

How does the online visit work?

After you enroll, you'll receive a secure link by text and email to schedule your online visit at a time that works for you. A licensed clinician reviews your health history and either meets with you by video or reviews your answers, depending on your state's requirements.

What if I'm not approved?

If the clinician determines that treatment isn't appropriate for you, we'll refund your payment minus a $50 consultation fee, which covers the clinician's review. We may also suggest an in-person visit at our North Olmsted clinic for a more detailed evaluation.

Do I need a visit before every refill?

Yes. Before each refill, you'll complete a quick online check-in so your clinician can review your progress, side effects, and dose. You'll get the link by text and email when your plan renews. It's included in your program price.

How is my medication shipped?

Prescriptions are filled by a licensed U.S. partner pharmacy and shipped directly to your door in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging.

Are there side effects?

The most common side effects are nausea, constipation, diarrhea, and reduced appetite, which usually ease as your body adjusts. Your clinician starts with a low dose and increases it gradually to keep you comfortable. Serious side effects are rare, and your clinician will review them with you.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime before your next billing date. The 3-month supply is billed every three months and can be cancelled before your next billing cycle.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your health information is handled through HIPAA-compliant systems and is only shared with the clinicians and pharmacy involved in your care.

Which states do you serve?

We currently serve patients in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia, and we're expanding to more states soon. If you live somewhere else, you can still take the quiz and we'll let you know when we're available in your state.

Do I need insurance?

No. This is a self-pay program, so you don't need insurance and there is no prior authorization process. Some patients use HSA or FSA funds; check with your plan administrator.
